The San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) has partnered with Collov AI to provide its more than 4,000 members access to artificial intelligence-powered virtual staging tools.

Beginning this week, the tools will be available directly through SFAR’s multiple listing service platform.

The technology allows real estate agents to transform empty rooms into photorealistic, professionally designed interiors in minutes by uploading photos. The system also supports customizable design styles and can generate 3D walkthroughs from the same images.

“By offering our members optional access to a cutting-edge, AI-powered virtual staging platform, we reaffirm our commitment to providing the most innovative tools that elevate the real estate profession,” said Hud Bixler, chief information officer at SFAR.

Collov AI’s partnership with SFAR comes as more real estate agents are adopting digital tools as they seek to serve a market challenged by higher mortgage rates and economic uncertainty.

SFAR recently introduced other AI features, including a generative AI assistant known as Sidekick.

“Today’s buyers are increasingly visual,” said Xiao Zhang, CEO of Collov AI. “With our AI staging tool, SFAR members can bring listings to life in just a few clicks — no scheduling, moving furniture, or expensive photoshoots required.”

Collov AI reports that its platform is used by more than 1 million users in more than 100 countries. It also noted that it’s recently seen a leap of 70% in monthly revenue.
