DirectOffer has introduced OLIVIA AI, a real-time voice concierge that allows consumers to ask questions about real estate listings in more than 100 languages.

The company announced the launch on Thursday, explaining that the tool is designed to make listings more interactive and accessible.

“OLIVIA turns static listings into conversations,” Kathleen Lappe, founder and CEO of DirectOffer, said in a statement. “She acts like a 24/7 multilingual concierge, instantly answering consumers’ questions and making the experience feel more personalized, accessible, and responsive, no matter the language or time of day.”

The artificial intelligence-powered tool builds on DirectOffer’s existing DO AudioTours platform, which generates multilingual, audio-visual real estate tours from MLS data. These tours automatically translate listing information into content in multiple languages.

With OLIVIA AI, users can now ask questions about a property — such as its features, available showings or nearby amenities — and receive answers in real time. The company said this helps to bridge language gaps and provides a more interactive experience for prospective homebuyers.

DirectOffer said there are no additional development or maintenance fees for MLSs — with OLIVIA AI available as an optional add-on.

The company’s technology integrates with existing partnerships with major MLS platforms, including Cotality and FBS.
