Bright MLS has entered into yet another data sharing agreement. The Mid-Atlantic-based MLS announced Wednesday that it was entering into a reciprocal agreement with Georgia’s First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Miami Realtors.
FMLS and Miami Realtors were already in a data sharing agreement.
“This collaboration underscores our shared commitment to breaking down barriers and delivering a unified experience for real estate professionals,” Brian Donnellan, the president and CEO of Bright MLS, said in a statement. “By joining the already strong collaboration between FMLS and Miami Realtors, we are expanding access to data and empowering our subscribers to deliver even more value to their clients.”
With this new agreement, MLS subscribers in Georgia and South Florida will have access to listings across the Mid-Atlantic region. Subscribers of any of the three MLSs can now search and view listings across all three geographic areas.
“This collaboration creates even more listing exposure for all SEFMLS property listings, introduces new referral opportunities for our 60,000+ members, and paves the way for more real estate deals between our three markets,” Teresa Kinney, the CEO of Miami Realtors, said in a statement.
Earlier this month Bright MLS launched a data sharing agreement with Williamsburg MLS. Last October, Bright MLS announced its largest data share to date with the nation’s largest MLS, California Regional MLS.
