A Three Properties Five Years Seminar Post

Having been a professor for nearly twelve years, one of my favorite activities was assigning homework due on the first day of class. Most students would overlook or ignore the email and miss the assignment. But those who came prepared on the very first day? I knew without a doubt they were not only headed for an A but also destined to become leaders in the classroom.

In that spirit, I’m assigning homework due the day of the seminar.

First, if you haven’t read this entire blog series, go back and read the entire blog series. Here are the links:

Second, leave a comment on at least three of the blog posts.

Third, share the seminar registration page with a friend. Seminars like this are always more fun when you attend with friends. Just click any of the social icons here to share right now.

Fourth, print your bank account transactions for the last year. Oh my gosh! Don’t share the transaction histories with me. Just print them out. Write your own personal wealth journey goal—whatever and however that goal looks—and stick that goal at the top of those transaction reports. Then, download the Green Light/Red Light worksheet and move through your transactions line by line with the highlighters. This will hep you understand where you are starting from.

Here’s the link to the worksheet:

Fifth, list the top three questions or challenges you have about real estate. Email or text them to me beforehand to ensure they get addressed during the seminar.

And finally, sixth, if you’re on Facebook, we’ve just created the Three Properties, a private community just for participants of this seminar. Join that group, introduce yourself, and then share one thing you’re excited to learn or a goal you have.

As you prepare for the “Your First Three Properties in Five Years” seminar, remember that resilience and determination are key to your success. Just like Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, who started her real estate journey during one of the toughest times in the market, you too can overcome any challenges with the right mindset and support system.

The seminar is not just about acquiring properties; it’s about building a community and pulling others through the door with you. Engage with your peers, share your experiences, and learn from one another. Together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone.

Take action now. Complete your homework, bring your questions, and join our Facebook group to connect with fellow participants. Your journey starts with the first step, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Prepare to be inspired, to learn, and to take the necessary steps towards your goals. Let’s make these next five years the most impactful ones yet.

Looking forward to seeing you at the seminar!
