Keller Williams is growing its presence in coastal Virginia. On Thursday the company announced the affiliation of Austin James Realty, an independent firm that serves clients in Virginia and North Carolina.
“We are thrilled to welcome Austin James Realty to the KW family,” Suzie O’Neal, the chief growth officer for KW’s Virginia Region, said in a statement. “This step is the culmination of ten years of relationships, which turned into a dream collaboration.”
According to the announcement, firm founder Austin Frangoules and his team of 23 agents are affiliating with KW’s Coastal Virginia Chesapeake market center.
“I chose KW because the operations they have created will help propel our group to the next level. It’ll give us a strong base to build on and truly grow from there,” Frangoules said in a statement.
In addition to his real estate brokerage operation, Frangoules has also launched East Coast Mortgage, East Coast Insurance, Protector Title, and Frangoules Enterprises. According to the release, Austin James Realty has sold 322 units since the start of 2023.
