One of the most successful real estate teams in Texas is making a major brokerage move. The Neal & Neal Team, led by twin brothers Shane and Clint Neal, has left Keller Williams after 15 years to join eXp Realty.

Based in San Antonio, the Neal & Neal Team finished 2024 with $338 million in sales volume and 914 homes sold. That performance ranked them second in closed units and third in gross commission income across all Keller Williams teams nationwide.

The team includes roughly 80 agents and nearly 20 support staff. Leaders said the move to eXp Realty signals a shift aimed at scaling the business even further.

“We’ve reached a point where we need a platform that can scale with us,” Clint Neal said in a statement. “eXp gives us the flexibility, innovation, and global reach to take things to the next level, for our agents and for ourselves.”

The Neal brothers said their success is rooted in mentorship, well-developed systems and a commitment to client service — principles they believe will be enhanced under eXp’s business model.

“We already had the systems and mentorship in place,” Shane Neal said. “But eXp takes everything we’re doing and supercharges it. It’s a win for our agents and a win for the people they serve.”

eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja praised the team’s decision to join the brokerage.

“Shane and Clint have built one of the most systemized, high-performing real estate teams in the country,” Pareja said. “Their commitment to culture, scalability, and agent success aligns perfectly with what we’re building at eXp.”

The Neal & Neal Team handles a wide range of residential real estate, from rural land to high-end homes.
