Coldwell Banker Realty is welcoming another top-producing team. The Anywhereowned brokerage announced Monday that the Fowler Sakey Team is making the move from William Raveis to Coldwell Banker.

The Connecticut-based team will be joining the Fairfield Coldwell Banker Realty office.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Fowler Sakey Team to Coldwell Banker Realty,” Steven Thomson, the branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Fairfield, said in a statement. “Their reputation for integrity, professionalism and results is unmatched, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and success.”

In 2024, the team ranked No. 3 in the state among large teams in the RealTrends Verified Rankings after closing $59.3 million in sales volume in 2023.

“I love coming to work every day alongside this collaborative team of people who truly care about our clients and always have each other’s backs. At this point in our team’s journey, partnering with Steven and his office is the perfect fit for us and our clients,” Carrie Fowler Sakey said in a statement.

The team was founded in 2010 at Coldwell Banker by Rachel Fowler, her daughter Carrie Fowler Sakey, and her daughter-in-law Sara Fowler. The Fowler Sakey Team serves much of Fairfield County, including the towns of Wilton, Trumbull, Westport, Stamford, Shelton, Norwalk, Easton and Monroe.

In addition to the three founders, agents Catherine Cardell Yarmosh, Melissa Terranova, Kathy Quinn, Robin Bernier, Ava Fisher and Jaime Memoli are also making the move to Coldwell Banker Realty. The agents are joined by a dedicated marketing team that includes Cami Olivieri and Maria Stylianou.
