RentSpree, a rental software provider, has partnered with Docusign to simplify and expedite rental transactions for real estate professionals, the companies announced Monday.

The integration will allow agents and brokers to access RentSpree’s rental tools — such as tenant screening, rental applications, payments and rent estimate reports — through Docusign’s suite of real estate products.

The goal is to reduce administrative tasks and improve efficiency in the rental process, company leaders said.

“RentSpree is very strategic in the partnerships we seek with other technology providers,” Michael Lucarelli, CEO of RentSpree, said in a statement. “Collaborations with industry leaders such as Docusign are key to our mission, which is laser-focused on making the daily lives of agents and brokers easier and more efficient.”

The partnership comes as demand for digital rental solutions continues to grow.

Docusign, a provider of digital agreement management solutions, is widely used in real estate for document signing and transaction management.

RentSpree, headquartered in Los Angeles, offers a suite of rental management tools, including tenant screening, rent payments and lease management. The company serves users in all 50 states, and it has partnered with more than 300 multiple listing services, real estate associations and brokerages.
