Real estate analytics firm Relitix has launched an expanded market share tracking feature that’s designed to give brokerages a clearer picture of their competitive standing.

The Relitix Market Share tool is integrated into the company’s brokerage management platform and offers daily updates on office, agent and companywide performance across various geographic and pricing categories.

“The new Relitix Market Share tool delivers practical, actionable insights,” said Rob Keefe, CEO and founder of Relitix. “It uniquely connects market share information directly to the management and recruiting tools our clients already rely on daily.

“Brokerage leaders can now easily understand and showcase their market leadership, reinforcing their strategic positioning and enhancing their recruiting and retention efforts.”

The system allows real estate firms to benchmark performance against local competitors, monitor top-performing agents, and analyze data by ZIP code, city, neighborhood, property type and price range.

Reports are customizable by time frame and can be used for internal decisions or external marketing purposes, Relitix added.
