Rechat reported a 100% year-over-year revenue increase and a 220% jump in its customer base over the same period as the firm continues to grow its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technology platform for real estate professionals.

Celebrating its 10th year in business, Rechat said its global workforce now includes more than 75 employees across 18 countries, following a 40% expansion in headcount.

Rechat’s software integrates tools such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, digital advertising, design and transaction management into a single interface.

According to the company, it has more than 16,000 users and claims a CRM adoption rate of 75%.

“Since joining Rechat, I’m amazed by the talent on the team and on our member’s teams. There’s a reason SERHANT. and Douglas Elliman continue to renew multi-year agreements,” said Audie Chamberlain, Rechat’s newly appointed head of strategic growth and communications.

“This year marks 10 years of Rechat’s commitment to software innovation and unparalleled customer service.”

One of the company’s features is an AI assistant named Lucy — which can write listing descriptions, create marketing campaigns, publish emails and social posts, build property websites and launch digital ad campaigns with minimal input from agents.

The assistant also adjusts to branding preferences and regional compliance requirements.

Rechat has also introduced updates to its Agent Impersonation Mode, a tool that allows administrative and marketing staff to manage agent tasks — such as creating presentations and scheduling open houses — without logging into separate accounts.

The company has launched a Digital Ads feature that allows agents to create targeted ad campaigns using existing listing materials. The ads can be customized for budget, audience and performance tracking.

“Rechat Digital Ads has made marketing incredibly easy! It’s intuitive, streamlined, and truly built with busy real estate professionals in mind. Rechat has completely elevated the way I market my business,” said Tracy Ward, a broker associate at Douglas Elliman Eklund | Gomes Team.

Recent additions to Rechat’s leadership team include Charlotte Robertson as vice president of demand generation and growth marketing, and Max Zanck as director of sales. Both bring experience in real estate technology and are expected to play key roles in scaling the company’s offerings.

“Brokerages don’t need more tech — they need smarter tech,” Robertson said. “Rechat combines powerful AI with intuitive design to help agents move faster, connect better, and win more business. We’re proud to partner with innovative organizations that want more than just another tool — they want results.”

Rechat holds multiyear contracts with several brokerages including ONE Sotheby’s, Nest Realty, Retsy, Premier Sotheby’s, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Michael Saunders & Co. and Peerage Realty Partners.

The firm also maintains relationships with real estate networks such as LeadingRE and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Rechat also earned placement on HousingWire’s 2025 Tech100.

“Our mission is simple; build software that makes the experience of being a real estate professional more productive and more enjoyable,” CEO Shayan Hamidi said in a statement. “When agents have the tools to do what they do best, improve the client’s service and close deals, they win, and so does the entire industry.”
