Partner Real Estate unveils $5K model for agent support by Jonathan Delozier for HousingWire

California-based Partner Real Estate has announced a new business model that offers real estate agents access to tools, coaching and operational infrastructure for less than $5,000 per year.

“The industry is at a turning point,” CEO Rudy Lira Kusuma said. “Agents shouldn’t have to spend six figures to perform like a top producer. Our mission is to deliver the systems and support of a million-dollar real estate team — at a price point accessible to any serious professional.”

Kusuma said that access to these services has historically cost many top agents anywhere from $50,000 to $150,000 annually.

Partner Real Estate’s offering includes access to proprietary systems, technology and coaching, along with operational support such as legal compliance guidance, marketing assistance and inside sales support.

The package also provides custom websites, a client-facing mobile app and portal, and an inside sales agent team working seven days a week.

Agents can present clients with a variety of services such as early property alerts, exclusive off-market listings, flexible commission models, cash-offer solutions for sellers and home value optimization strategies.

Kusuma described the model as a way to empower agents.

“The agents who will lead in the years ahead are those who can do what technology can’t,” he said. “They offer access, trust, strategic insight, and relationship-driven service. Our role as a brokerage is to power that agent with everything they need to thrive.

“We’re building more than careers — we’re building legacies. This is about unlocking potential and helping agents build businesses that are profitable, purposeful, and scalable.”
