Two prominent Century 21-affiliated real estate firms in California; Century 21 Masters and Century 21 Real Estate Alliance, have merged under the Century 21 Masters name, consolidating operations across more than 50 offices from San Francisco to San Diego.
The merger, executed by Full Realty Services, Inc., doing business as Century 21 Masters, brings together the leadership of Randy Thompson and Orhan Tolu. Thompson will remain as broker, CEO, and managing partner, while Tolu joins as co-owner and will serve as chief growth officer.
According to company leaders, the newly combined company is the largest Century 21 affiliate in California by office count.
Thompson will continue overseeing company operations and strategic direction. Tolu will lead growth initiatives including recruitment, regional expansion, and strategic partnerships.
“This merger combines the strengths of two extraordinary organizations to create something even greater,” Thompson said in a statement. “Together, we are building a platform that empowers agents and delivers unmatched value to clients.”
Tolu added, “By joining forces, we are setting new standards for excellence in real estate and creating opportunities that will shape the future of our industry.”
Following the merger, all residential and commercial operations will be unified under the Century 21 Masters brand. Offices will be reorganized into five geographic regions: the Bay Area, Central Coast, Ventura County/Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego.
The company says this structure is intended to provide localized support for agents and improve service delivery.
A new Integrated Service Solutions division will oversee internal operations and agent support. Its responsibilities will include administrative assistance, compliance, training programs, and agent services. Additional support offerings include marketing resources, branding assistance, digital marketing strategies, and transaction technology tools.
