Real estate technology firm Lofty has announced the launch of Lofty Bloom, a new automated marketing solution aimed at helping real estate professionals focus on specific ZIP codes and generate high-quality seller leads.

The platform combines direct mail, digital retargeting and artificial intelligence-driven followups, Lofty explained.

Lofty Bloom also reportedly guarantees ZIP code exclusivity, allowing agents and teams to establish themselves as the “go-to expert” in their neighborhood of choice without competing against others using the same platform.

“Lofty Bloom is the most dynamic, end-to-end digital farming tool, seamlessly combining postcards, digital marketing, AI-powered nurture, and follow-up for exclusive ZIP Code targeting,” Dave Carter, vice president at Lofty, said in a statement. “Designed to engage homeowners and sellers, it maximizes exposure and ensures agents stand out in their most targeted markets.”

The platform uses four integrated channels — prospecting, retargeting, follow-ups and nurturing — to create a personalized marketing cadence. Campaigns launch automatically based on preset triggers, giving agents more time to focus on closing deals.

For example, the system can automatically send “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” postcards to homeowners in a specific area. Each card features a QR code that links to the agent’s home valuation page, enabling recipients to opt in for follow-ups.

From there, Lofty utilizes Facebook retargeting ads and engages its AI-driven tools to follow up with leads, qualify them and automatically schedule appointments.

According to the company, the tool helps agents attract more seller leads, increase listing conversion rates and generate higher sale prices.
