The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, which aims to become New Hampshire’s first Forbes Five-Star and/or AAA Five-Diamond rated resort, is going on a hiring spree as it readies the 114-room luxury Tilton hotel for guests in August.

The resort is hiring for all departments, offering full-time, part-time and seasonal roles. An open-house-style job fair will be held June 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Andre Bessette Parish Hall, 31 Gilford Ave. in Laconia. (The company held its first job fair June 5.)

“We’re thrilled to offer opportunities in luxury hospitality to talented New Hampshire residents,” General Manager Ed Rocco said in a press release. “Whether in front-of-house operations or essential back-of-house functions, we are building a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences.”

Open roles span across guest services, food and beverage, banquets, housekeeping, culinary, spa, maintenance and more. Positions include front-desk agents, massage therapists, restaurant managers, housekeepers, bartenders, banquet staff and line cooks.

Candidates are encouraged to attend the job fairs to apply and interview onsite. Those unable to attend can apply online at www.thelakeestatenh.com/careers.

Once open, the resort will offer a full-service spa, multiple dining venues led by Chef Chris Viaud and luxury accommodations on 3,400 feet of private shoreline. The property is designed to host weddings and special events year-round.

The property will offer 96 oversized, custom-designed guest rooms and 18 suites. More than 70% of the rooms offer direct views of the lake, while others overlook lush woodlands, the company said.
