La Rosa Holdings Corp. has introduced a new commission advance program aimed at providing its real estate agents with faster access to earnings while establishing an additional revenue source for the company.

The program, operated through a newly formed subsidiary, allows La Rosa agents to receive early payment on pending real estate commissions. In return, the company will collect 15% of the total commission from participating agents.

“We believe that the launch of LR Agent Advance is a game-changer for our agents and our company alike,” said Joe La Rosa, CEO of La Rosa Holdings. “We recognize the financial pressures agents face while waiting for commissions to clear, and we’re thrilled to offer a solution that gives them greater control over their income.”

By managing the program in-house, La Rosa said it aims to streamline advances while retaining revenues that would otherwise go to outside firms.

“By keeping commission advances in-house with La Rosa, rather than relying on third-party providers, we ensure a seamless, trusted process for our agents while capturing incremental revenue for the company,” La Rosa said. “The creation of LR Agent Advance also aligns perfectly with our ambitious financial goals, including our target to reach $100 million in revenue and achieve cash flow positivity by the end of 2025.”

The revenue stream enabled by the program can assist with scaling the company’s business model, while providing support to its 2,500 agent network, he added.

La Rosa Holdings Corp. operates across several U.S. states and Puerto Rico through 26 corporate-owned real estate offices. Its business spans residential and commercial real estate brokerage, franchising, coaching and education services and property management. It also owns a title and escrow company based in Florida.

On top of its domestic operations, it recently began an international expansion, starting with Spain.
