Utah-based Inside Real Estate has acquired ListAssist, which provides artificial intelligence (AI)-powered search and marketing technology that’s designed to enhance the property search experience.

Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate, described the acquisition as a step toward revolutionizing how consumers search for homes.

“We are thrilled to welcome ListAssist to the Inside Real Estate family and begin delivering this first-of-its-kind capability to our clients,” he said. “This tech leads the way on AI-Search, and this next chapter will revolutionize the entire search experience.”

ListAssist utilizes AI-driven tools such as natural language processing and image recognition to refine property searches. Instead of using traditional filters and checkboxes, homebuyers can describe what they’re looking for in plain language and the system will generate customized search results.

The technology also integrates with Inside Real Estate’s BoldTrail CRM, allowing agents to create automated search alerts tailored to client preferences.

In addition to search enhancements, ListAssist’s AI automates property listing descriptions by analyzing images and MLS data to generate content that’s optimized for search engines.

Chris McGoldrick, founder of ListAssist, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s goal of advancing AI-driven solutions in the real estate industry.

“We are incredibly excited to be joining Inside Real Estate, and we’re proud to have delivered AI solutions to tens of thousands of agents and some of the biggest, most trusted brands in the industry,” McGoldrick said.

Inside Real Estate plans to discuss the acquisition and other upcoming developments during a March 19 webinar.
