Fathom Holdings Inc. has introduced “Elevate,” a new program aimed at increasing real estate agent productivity through marketing, lead generation, transaction support and coaching.

The initiative, available to all Fathom Realty agents, includes a 20% commission split and offers services designed to streamline agent operations and drive profitability.

“We’re excited to introduce Elevate, a powerful new program designed to lift our agents’ productivity and profitability while also giving our agents back their most valuable asset — time,” Marco Fregenal, CEO of Fathom Holdings, said in a statement.

The program provides dedicated marketing support, multiple lead generation sources, transaction management, coaching, recruiting assistance and priority operational support. According to the company, the initiative is designed to allow agents to close more transactions while improving Fathom’s gross profits and margins.

“For the same 20% fee many of our competitors charge, our agents will get end-to-end services that our competitors simply don’t, or can’t, offer,” said Joshua Harley, founder and CEO of Fathom Holdings. “We handle the marketing, lead generation, paperwork, and transaction logistics — empowering agents to spend more time serving clients and, ultimately, close more deals.”

Fathom added that it’s not currently providing guidance on the potential impact of Elevate on its future earnings performance or other financial metrics.

The company said it remains focused on rolling out the program across its national footprint while closely monitoring agent adoption and production results.
