eXp Realty and real estate technology company Movoto have announced a collaboration to introduce a new support platform for individual agents.

The platform, Lever by Movoto, aims to assist eXp’s U.S. agents by streamlining business operations and minimizing administrative tasks.

Lever by Movoto offers a suite of services including training, marketing, transaction management, database management and lead generation. The platform is designed to provide solo agents with the structured support typically available to larger teams, company leaders said.

“At eXp, we believe every agent, whether solo or part of a team, deserves the tools to succeed at the highest level,” said Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty. “That’s why we’re excited to introduce Lever, a game-changer that gives individual agents the structured support, systems, and solutions they need to thrive, scale, and stay ahead in today’s fast-moving market.”

Movoto executives said eXp Realty’s agent network made it a natural partner for Lever.

“Lever is the first and only platform of its kind, designed to offer solo agents a solution that enables them to scale their businesses like a team while maintaining their independence,” said Nikki Miller, vice president of agent platforms at Movoto.

Chris Heller, president of Movoto, said the platform allows agents to focus more on working with clients and closing deals by reducing administrative work.

“By introducing that support system to eXp’s vast agent network, we’re allowing those agents to get their time back and focus on what they do best; helping clients buy and sell homes,” he said.

Lever by Movoto is available to agents nationwide, regardless of brokerage, with eXp agents receiving preferred pricing on the platform’s subscription fee.

On Wednesday, eXp Realty announced it was adding a co-sponsor option to its revenue share program, allowing two existing eXp agents to sponsor a new agent.
