ERA Real Estate, part of Anywhere Real Estate, is launching its first multifaceted media campaign with advertising across Major League Baseball (MLB) and Minor League Baseball (MiLB) games this season.

The campaign aims to boost brand visibility during peak real estate sales seasons. Messaging is set to include ads on MLB.TV, social media content and in-stadium events with more than a dozen minor league teams. Cast Iron Media, which manages local inventory on MLB’s digital platform, facilitated the partnership.

“ERA Real Estate has always been a powerhouse, steadily increasing its market share through community-focused initiatives,” said Alex Vidal, president of ERA Real Estate. “Our network was eager to elevate the ERA brand on a national stage, and baseball, with its deep community ties and diverse fanbase, aligns perfectly with our target market.”

The ads will air during high-viewership MLB and MiLB games throughout the 2025 season.

ERA is also partnering with Boston Red Sox pitcher Walker Buehler for a social media series called “On the Move” that highlights his career milestones. Buehler, a two-time World Series champion and All-Star, debuted with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2017.

Additionally, ERA will host “Day at the Park” events with MiLB teams in select markets.

“Minor league baseball serves as a central piece of local communities across the country and attracts over 32 million people each year,” said David Marine, chief marketing officer for Anywhere Brands. “We are proud to be part of that classic piece of Americana.”
