Results Realty ERA Powered, located in St. Charles, Illinois, has acquired Chicago’s Mark Allen Realty, giving the combined firm three offices and 80 agents. Mark Allen, led by broker Matt Liss, will now operate as Mark Allen Realty ERA Powered.

“Joining forces with Matt and his associates allows us to expand our reach in Chicagoland and positively impact more lives,” Judy Cox, founder of Results Realty, said in a statement. “We see tremendous potential in combining our strengths with theirs, creating opportunities to serve more clients, support more agents and foster a greater sense of community.

“Most importantly, the partnership fosters a supportive, family-like environment that prioritizes both professional and personal growth.”

Cox, a 25-year industry veteran, founded Results Realty in 2013 and runs it as a full-service real estate firm that can represent home buyers and sellers across all price points and stages of homeownership, including first-time buyers.

On the 2024 RealTrends Verified rankings, Cox ranked No. 67 in Illinois in sides with 61 and No. 183 in volume with $16.2 million.

“This stronger, unified company will boost market presence and credibility, and the expanded geographic footprint will allow agents to better serve diverse client needs,” Liss said in a statement. “At the end of the day, this exciting development will allow us to provide an even higher level of service to our clients.”

Results Realty is affiliated with ERA Real Estate, an Anywhere brand with more than 42,000 brokers and independent associates in roughly 2,400 offices across the U.S. It has operated for nearly 50 years and provides technology, products and lead generation services to its agents.
