Coldwell Banker expands in New England, adds The Kevin Lewis Group by Kennedy Edgerton for HousingWire

Leading brokerage Coldwell Banker Realty announced this week a major addition to it’s New England-based offices. The top-producing Kevin Lewis Group will join Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hingham office.

Kevin Lewis — the group’s leader and founder — is an experienced real estate with decades of experience driving high sales volume. According to Coldwell, Lewis has history in the South Shore region — and he currently lives in Boston. The leading broker reportedly sold $1 billion in real estate since 2011 — some of which comes from his team.

The Kevin Lewis Group overall accumulated almost $500 million in sales during it’s six years of affiliation with Compass Real Estate. Other agents on the team include Daniel Arnao, Aidan Flanagan and John Ivanoff. Concierge services is the group’s mainstay in terms of attracting high-quality clients. Lewis originally established the team in 2018.

According to Lewis, this affiliation allows his team to tap into more resources and join a brand with strong market presence.

Coldwell Hingham’s leadership team echoed Lewis’s excitement, highlighting the move as a key step to bolstering the Hingham office.

“Their presence elevates our standing in Hingham and other markets in Greater Boston and along the South Shore. We look forward to supporting them as they take their business to the next level,” said Kara Flanagan, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Hingham.

The New England market is primed for more luxury real estate sales in 2025. Coldwell Banker released a report on Jan. 7 highlighting the potential for growth in luxury real estate sales. According to the report, 85.5% of agents viewed luxury buyer market conditions as “fair” or “good” in 2025.

Another report by online marketplace Pacaso identified Massachusetts as a long-standing destination for luxury real estate sales. With the addition of the Kevin Lewis Group, Coldwell seems poised to take advantage of luxury home sales opportunities.

Coldwell Banker Realty in New England had 6,300 agents across 90 offices. It serves customers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut.
