Breeze Airways, which debuted in New Hampshire last month with service from Manchester, plans to start flying to Orlando and Fort Myers, Florida, from Portsmouth in October, the low-cost carrier announced Wednesday.
The 3-year-old airline offers point-to-point service from 58 U.S. destinations on its new fleet of Airbus A220-300 aircraft. It plans flights from Pease International Airport to Orlando on Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning Oct. 9, and to Fort Myers on Thursdays and Sundays beginning Oct. 10.
“This addition marks an exciting development for Pease and presents a fantastic opportunity to enhance airline services for residents of the Seacoast region,” said Paul Brean, executive director of the Pease Development Authority, in a statement.
The airline is offering 35% off its roundtrip base fares through 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time Friday (2:59 a.m. Saturday) at www.flybreeze.com or on the Breeze app, for travel from Aug. 14 through Feb. 4, 2025, with the code “TRIPLE.”
The carrier said its “Triple Threat” campaign celebrates its high scores from the readers of Travel + Leisure magazine and its placement among the top 5 U.S. domestic Airlines for the third consecutive year in the magazine’s World’s Best Awards.
In June, Breeze began flights from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport to Charleston, South Carolina, and Orlando on Airbus A220-300 aircraft and plans to begin service to Tampa in September and Fort Myers in October.
“We have seen great demand for our routes in the region, and we see opportunities for continued growth from both MHT and PSM in the future,” Breeze Airways’ CEO David Neeleman said in a statement.
