With over 6,000 people unhoused statewide, the situation is dire and complex, often tied to mental health and substance abuse challenges. 😔💔 But there’s hope. Every semester I taught at Great Bay Community College, I saw at least one homeless student striving to rise above their circumstances. 🌟

This story isn’t just about houses; it’s about homes, and the lives transformed within them. Whether it’s an underpriced FSBO or a bidding war in a competitive market, the principles of supply and demand are as unyielding as our need for shelter. 🏘️✨
