Andrew Pohlmann named SVP, business development at Cenlar by Sarah Wolak for HousingWire

Nationwide mortgage loan servicer Cenlar FSB announced today that Andrew Pohlmann has joined the organization as senior vice president of business development.

Pohlmann, who brings 30 years of experience to Cenlar, formerly served as Rate’s CMO. He confirmed the new role in a post on LinkedIn.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew to the team. I am confident his considerable expertise will help build even stronger relationships that will deepen our market presence and drive growth,” commented Tom Donatacci, Cenlar’s senior vice president and chief client officer.

Pohlmann also has held posts at SunTrust (now Truist) as its head of consumer strategy and at Citi Group as SVP, CitiMortgage channel and production leader.

Founded in 1958, Cenlar FSB is based in Ewing, New Jersey and caters to clients in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Its client base includes banks, credit unions and mortgage bankers. It is the country’s largest subservicer.
