Rate, formerly known as Guaranteed Rate, has hired Drew Church to its team as a senior vice president and regional sales manager. Church confirmed the news in a LinkedIn post on Sunday evening.
Church, who is based in Charlotte, joins Chicago-headquartered Rate from Integrity Home Mortgage Corp., where he served as regional sales manager from June 2024 to March 2025.
Over the course of his 25-year career, Church has also served as the director of strategic growth at Loansteady and in leadership positions at Angel Oak Home Loans and On Q Financial Inc.
Rate did not immediately respond to HousingWire’s request for comment on Church’s hiring.
