An oceanside 1885 mansion became the highest-priced home sold in North Hampton history after closing for $10.5 million, topping a list of 30 Seacoast homes to sell for $1 million or more in October.

Sold in an off-market transaction, the 54 Ocean Blvd. property has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, seven fireplaces and a carriage house in the nearly 13,500-square-foot home.

“This estate represents a sustainable vision for modern living, seamlessly blending technology and elegance enabling a harmonious balance between work and loved ones. The principle residence and thoughtfully appointed carriage house incorporate the highest-grade materials and cutting-edge energy-efficient solutions offering a truly global aesthetic,” the listing for the property states.

Lauren Stone, an associate broker with Carey & Giampa Realtors, was the listing agent for the home, while the firm’s co-founder and manager Jim Giampa was the selling agent.

“Every room has amazing views and there is a grand ballroom with 22-foot ceilings that leads out to the large deck for entertaining guests,” Giampa said.

Having 30 area homes sell for at least $1 million was a new October record, according to the Seacoast Board of Realtors.
